There is no charge for the software when you use it to be a Participant in a Provider’s online session or to watch a recorded session. If you want to be a Provider of your own sessions, you should download the same software, then you will need a Provider Licence to have access to your own "virtual room".

Once Electromeet is installed you have three options:

  • Use the Access Key link sent to you by a Provider to join a session at the appropriate time.

  • Use the software to playback a recording of an Electromeet session. You would need to obtain a link to the recording from a Provider.

  • Try or Buy a Provider Licence (follow links at left) so that you can provide you own sessions. The trial version is free, and Special First Release Offers apply to the full licence.


Instructions for Download and Installation

Download the Electromeet software installation file (see link below) then Open it to start the installation wizard, or Save it to a folder then locate the file and Open it to install. If you see a warning message when you open the file (Publisher not verified) click OK.

Download file size is just around 10 megabytes (MB). Hard disk space used after installation is around 20 MB.

A desktop icon will appear after installation. You can click on the icon to launch Electromeet in offline mode, or you can join an online session by opening the Access Key you received from your Provider. See Help document "Participant Guide – Joining a Session".
